The makeup of our board matters, and we seek dynamic, diverse, and engaging board members who reflect our deep commitment to fostering a community that respects, honors, and seeks to enrich each other culturally.
Our mission is to create a model for a healthy and sustainable community, and our vision is to empower organizations to inclusively transform Eau Claire by facilitating human connections and ensuring sustainability in the areas of health, housing, education, and the arts. In fulfilling our mission and achieving our vision, we look for opportunities that will create or enhance long-lasting positive effects in the greater Eau Claire community and be inclusive of people of all races, ethnicities, age groups, gender identities, sexualities, socioeconomic statuses, and disabilities. To that end, Pablo Foundation seeks board members willing to volunteer their time and actively participate in the mission and vision of the Foundation.
